October 28

Fished the Salmon River today which is still running at 325cfs. Fishing was slow this morning but really picked up from noon on. Landed lots of chrome steelhead and a few rainbows. We've seen lots of backing in the past few days, these fish are hot! Here are some pics from today.

Octobe 26-27

Fished the Oswego River on Monday and did very well in the morning. The water was fishable and the bite was on big time. Around noon they raised the water and it slowed down. Tuesday we fished the middle Salmon River and had good action and lots of big fish all day. Here are some pics of some really awesome fish from the last two days!

The Upper Salmon River has been producing the most consistant action the past few days. There is a good push of fresh Steelhead in the lower to middle portion of the river and the level is at 750cfs. Here are some of the pics from the past two days on the upper river.

Oct. 14-15

Yesterday the middle section of the Salmon River was slow with only about 8 hook ups and three fish landed. Today was excellent fishing on the upper end of the river with a mixed bag of kings, cohos, and browns. Here are some pics from today.

Back in NY (Oct 8-11) Salmon River

The Salmon fishing on the Salmon River has been ecxellent with lots of Kings pushing and surpassing the 30lb mark! Steelhead and Brown Trout fishing has also been phenomenal. There have been three Browns surpassing the 20lb mark already this year on the Salmon River! Here are some pics from the past few trips.
