Mid to Late August in Alaska

Fishing for Rainbows has been red hot for the past few weeks, we are hooking some really big fish, not landing all of them but thats to be expected with the size and strength of these fish. The Silver Salmon fishing at the coast has been amazing. I haven't guided it at all but guests are all coming back with sore arms. The water is continually dropping to lows that I haven't seen in eight years of guiding up here. Fortunately it doesn't seem to be affecting the fishing. Its been a while since I've posted and feel like I have too many pictures to post and things to say, so I'll keep it short and put up just a few of the highlights from the last few weeks. The weather has remained absolutely beautiful and the fishing excellent. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up more often from here on out with the reports.
