Early May Salmon River Steelhead and Smallmouth

The Salmon River is running high right now at 1500cfs and its probably the worst thing for the steelhead fishing. Most of the fish are blowing back out to Lake Ontario but we managed to scratch out three today and a few nice smallmouth as well! I also went trout fishing the other day on a day off and did well on Browns landing 6 nice fish between 15 and 20 inches. Here are pics from today and the trout trip....
