Best day all week as far as numbers. Twelve browns and three steelies landed with many more hookups. Lower river has been hot of late. Still running high but lots of fresh fish are holding.

march 28

Had a slow morning but did really well in the afternoon landing five browns and four steelhead. Not pictured because my damn camera battery died was a huge 18 lb steelie and a 14 lb brown caught by Ed pictured here and oh yeah this fish wasn't bad either. Good job Dahlberg.

Very slow fishing, fished half a day and only managed to land two fish. We didn't get the quantity but we did good on the quality of the fish.

Fishing was really slow this morning but picked up big time from noon on. Landed 9 total and lost lots more. Biggest fish I've seen this year was landed along with some other big fish. Great day of fishing. Awesome fish John!

Good fishing all around. Pink and white sacks have been the best still. Mixed bag of steelies, rainbows, and one football brown.

Great day of fishing, caught double digits today on pink and white sacks.

march 19

Lots of runoff and the tribs are on the rise. The river is still up and the fish are starting to spawn up in Altmar. Had the day off and went for a ride with my girlfriend. Had sneakers on and managed to catch some nice fish on sacks.

March 17-18

The past two days were a joy to fish with the sun shining and the fish biting. Lots of fresh steelhead, a few browns and rainbows mixed in. The water everywhere is starting to murk up a bit and the Sandy's are muddy with all the runoff.

March 13-16

We were in Foxboro Bass Pro doing a show for Steelhead this weekend. Heard the fishing was very good and the weather was around 50 all weekend.

Fished half the day and caught a half dozen steelies and a few browns. Its just starting to rain as I am writing this so the runoff will certainly be in full force.

Beutiful weather and great fishing. Lots of steelies and some browns mixed in

Another beautiful day on the water! Lots of melting and runoff starting. The tribs are opening up and fresh fish are moving in. We caught double digits today between browns, steelhead, and some rainbows mixed in. Surprisingly the browns were chrome and even chased out foats on the surface a couple times today as we were realing in and even managed to land one of them.

March 4 2009

Today was milder and the fishing picked up. We caught 4 steelies with one brown mixed in. The river is going up to 1100 friday and may screw the fishing up for one day but it will also suck in some more fresh fish. Blue and white egg sacks have been the best.
