November 30th Steelhead fishing

Fished the Sandys again for a couple hours and landed three fish with a few more hooked up. The water in the Salmon River went up to 3500cfs and is completely blown out so there was a little more preasure on the Sandys than usual today. Even though the conditions were tough we managed to do alright.

November 29th Steelhead Fishing

Fished the Sandys in the morning and only landed two fish but when he headed back and fished the Salmon River we did much better, especially with the Brown Trout. Still did manage to land a few steelies in the Salmon River as well

November 28th Steelhead fishing

Fished today on the Sandys for half the day and for about an hour on the Salmon River. The Sandys were fishing well in the morning and when it slowed down we headed back to the Salmon and landed one fish there.

November 27th Salmon River Browns

Fished the Salmon River for Browns Trout today and had a great morning until the blizzard rolled into town! The bite was really on probably due to the storm front but once it started you couldn't see a thing, it was a total white out. Needless to say we finished early today!

November 26th Western NY

Fished western NY for some browns and rainbows again today. The fishing was really good especially in the morning but on Maxwell Creek the crowds became an issue and the fish did eventually shut down.

November 24th Rainbows and Browns

Fished the final day with Scott and headed west again for some rainbows and browns. We fished some smaller water and got away from the crowds. The fishing was really good for rainbows but we only could get a couple of browns to eat today. Lots of fun watching the rainbows chase down the egg patterns, they are very aggressive right now!

November 22nd Sandy Creek

Fished with Scott today on South Sandy. We wanted to hit it early since the water was low and clear, but there are still some nice fish holding in the bigger holes and pocket water. We did well in the morning but struggled a little more in the afternoon as the fish shut down on us

November 21st Sandy Creek

Fished today with Dick and Steve on the Sanys. The fishing was good, we landed some nice rainbows and steelies but the water was really dropping fast throughout the day and it slowed down in the afternoon.
