October 31st Salmon River

Fished the upper Salmon River again today and the water dropped overnight to 335cfs which may have actually improved the bite for us as we landed lots of beautiful trout throughout the day.

October 29-30th Salmon R and Sandys

Two great days of fishing with Hank and Doug. Saturday the water was low, clear, and busy on Sandy Creek but we manage to get away from people and found some nice fish. Today we hit the upper Salmon River and got into a good variety of fish and had lots of action.

October 27th Salmon River

Good day of fishing on the upper Salmon River with another good mixed bag of fish. We caught some steelies, kings, coho, and brown trout. The river is still up a bit at 1000 cfs until tonight and then I would assume they would drop it after not receiving much rain but we'll have to wait and see.

October 25-26 Steelhead, Browns, and Cohos

Had two more great dayss with EJ on the Sandys and the Salmon River. Lots more chromers some nice rainbows, beautiful browns and even a couple of cohos for a mixed bag of species.

October 24th Steelies

Another great day of steelies fishing today with EJ from DC. Back at it with him tomorrow for more of the same!
