March 5th Steelies

We fished the Sandys in the morning and the Salmon River in the afternoon and got rained on all day. The water was gin clear when we arrived in the morning to South Sandy but was chocolate milk by 11:30am. We landed two nice fish there and then decided to take a break and head to the Salmon River for the afternoon. We fished in Altmar to get above all the mud and runoff and landed three but lost lots of fish mostly due to the high water levels. Good day considering the conditions.
