September at the Coachman
To sum up the month of september, the term inclement weather comes to mind. We have had lots of precipitation and extreme winds to deal with. However, we have been continuing to catch some great fish. Good numbers of big rainbows and the coastal silver salmon fishing has been as good as we have seen it, especially this late in the season. Yesterday they were catching lots of bright sea lice silvers all day long! Here are a few late season Alaska pix. Probably my last report until I am back home on the Salmon River.

Mid to Late August Alaska
This is always prime time in Alaska for great trout, char, and silver salmon fishing and it has been phenomenal of late! We are catching awesome rainbows up to 30 inches!, tons of beautiful char and dollies, and catching tons of big silvers!
Here are a bunch of pix from my trips over the past few weeks which are almost all of big rainbows except for a couple of colored up dollies.....
