November 13 Salmon River

Fished the Salmon River today. The water is running at 500cfs, the weather is beautiful, and there were people everywhere. The fish are really spooky with all the preasure this weekend and we had a tough day because of it. We landed one nice brown and had lots of fish on but just couldn't seem to bring them to the net.

November 12 Browns and Steelies

Fished the Salmon River today focusing on big Browns and did well! We had lots of fish early and had a tougher time later in the day but overall a great day!

November 11 Steelhead and Trout

Fished today in the Sandys and had good day but a little slow. The water is really low and gin clear and the fish were really spooky. We did manage to land half a dozen nice fish but had to work for them.....

November 8 South Sandy

Fished today with Brian and Dale McClintock of PA. They fished with me last year during some of the worst weather of the season and got shut out. Today was a different story. We landed many fish and had a great day! The water was on the drop and the the water was gin clear but we found the fish that were hungry and took advantage. November 6-7 Salmon River and Sandys

Fished two days with Karen and Joan from Texas and Alabama and had two great days of fishing! They were two first timers to the area and experienced the great fishing of Lake Ontario! We fished the upper Salmon River and North and South Sandy. Here are some pics....

First week of November Salmon River

The fishing remains steady with some days more productive than others but the quality of fish have been great! Lots of Browns, some beautiful Rainbows, and chrome Steelies! The Salmon River is still running at 750cfs and the Sandys have been up and down with the rain followed by dry spells. Here are some pics from the last week...
